Terms of service.
The rules for our website and our service. Short where we can, complete where we must.
Version 1. Last updated: 5 October 2026.
1. About these terms
NextLevelEvents ("we", "us") is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. These terms apply to the use of our website and to every order for our service.
Your quote or order confirmation can contain extra agreements. If it differs from these terms, the quote or order confirmation wins. We do not accept your own general terms, unless we agree to them in writing.
2. Words we use
- Organiser: the company or organisation that orders our service for an event.
- Guest: a person who gets an invitation or ticket, or who receives messages about an event.
- Service: what we deliver: ticket shop and guest list, door scanning, WhatsApp updates, email and voting, as described in the order.
3. The service
We set up the service with you and run it for your event. The order says which parts you use, for which event and for how many guests. Ticket shops, orders and check-in run on pretix. WhatsApp messages run on the WhatsApp Business Platform of Meta.
We may improve or change the service. We do not remove parts you ordered during a running event.
4. Accounts
You get logins for the organiser console. Keep them secret. You are responsible for what happens with your logins and for the actions of your team members. Tell us at once if you think someone else uses your login.
5. What you, the organiser, must do
- You have a legal basis for the guest data you give us and for the messages you send. For WhatsApp messages, you need the permission of each guest first.
- You follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the other terms of Meta that apply to WhatsApp messages.
- You send no spam, and no content that is illegal, misleading, hateful or harmful.
- You give correct information about your event, your prices and your guests.
- You organise the event yourself. Questions, changes, cancellations and refunds are between you and your guests. We are not the organiser of your event.
6. For guests
Your ticket or invitation is an agreement between you and the organiser. Questions about the event, the ticket or a refund go to the organiser.
On the WhatsApp line you talk with the organiser's team. You can stop the messages at any time: say so in the chat, or block the number. Read our privacy policy to see what happens with your data.
7. Fees and payment
- The fees are on our pricing page or in your quote. All prices exclude VAT.
- The price depends on the guest band. If the final guest list is more than 10% above the band, the event moves up one band.
- Fees of third parties, such as WhatsApp message fees of Meta, are in the order or are charged at cost.
- Pay each invoice within 14 days. If you pay late, we may pause the service after a reminder.
8. Availability and third parties
We do our best to keep the service available, most of all on show nights. We cannot promise that it works without any interruption or error.
Parts of the service depend on other companies, such as Meta (WhatsApp), pretix, Cloudflare and email providers. These companies can change their services, prices or rules, refuse a message template, limit the number of messages, or have an outage. We are not responsible for their decisions or outages. We tell you as soon as we know about a problem, and we help you find another way.
9. Personal data
We process the data of your guests on your behalf, as your processor. Before we process guest data, we sign a data processing agreement with you (GDPR article 28). Our privacy policy explains what we do with personal data.
10. Intellectual property
Our software, website and designs stay ours. Your name, logo, event content and guest data stay yours. You allow us to use them only to deliver the service. We mention your event as a reference only with your permission.
11. Liability
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the event that caused the damage.
- We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or damage to your reputation.
- These limits do not apply when our management caused the damage on purpose or by deliberate recklessness.
- Report damage to us in writing as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after you found it.
- You protect us against claims of others, such as guests or Meta, that come from your messages, your content or your use of the guest data.
12. Pausing and ending
We may pause the service, fully or in part, when you break these terms, do not pay, or put our WhatsApp access at risk, for example by sending spam. We tell you first, unless that is not possible.
The order says how long it runs. After it ends, we delete or return guest data as the data processing agreement says.
13. The website
The information on this website is general. We check it with care, but it can contain errors. You cannot claim rights from an error on the website.
14. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For an order that is already running, the version from the date of the order applies, unless we agree otherwise.
15. Law and court
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every order. The court of Amsterdam settles disputes.
