Events / Launches & premieres

One night, one door, one list.

A launch or a premiere is invitation only. Guests get a personal link, reply in a minute and show up with a ticket on their phone. The door opens once and closes once.

Invitations

No ticket sale, no public page. Every guest gets a personal link by email or WhatsApp. They confirm, add a plus-one if you allow it, and get the ticket at once. You see who has replied and who has not, and you send the reminder from the same screen.

  • Personal invitation link per guest, in your brand
  • Plus-one by name, or no plus-one for a tier
  • Reminder to everyone who has not replied, by email or WhatsApp

Red carpet

The carpet has its own timing. Talent and sponsors arrive first, guests later. The ticket shows each tier its own arrival time. At the carpet, your host sees on the phone who just arrived and what was agreed: a photo moment, an interview, or straight inside.

  • Arrival time per tier, on the ticket and in the reminder
  • VIP note on scan: what the host needs to know about this guest
  • Live count: who has walked the carpet, who is still expected

Press

Press and photographers are a tier of their own. They get an invitation with a different door time and, if you want, a different entrance. Accreditation is a form in your brand: name, outlet, and what they need. You check the list and send the tickets.

  • Press as its own tier, with its own door and time
  • Accreditation form in your brand, tickets sent when you say so
  • Photographer list at the carpet, on your host's phone

The door

The door of a premiere is busy for an hour and quiet after that. Your team scans with their own phones, so you put three people on the door at the start and one after the film begins. Every scan shows the seat, and guests who come late find their row without asking.

  • Scanner app on your team's own phones, nothing to rent
  • Seat on the scan screen and on the guest's phone
  • Scanner hardware for a bigger door, delivered before the show

Launches and premieres run on the Launch party plan. Add Big show for tiers, seating and the WhatsApp line. See pricing.

Questions about launches and premieres

  • Can guests forward their invitation?

Each link is personal and gives one ticket, plus the plus-one you allow. A forwarded link does not give a second ticket.

  • Do guests need an account or an app?

No. The ticket is a QR code in the confirmation email and, if they opt in, on WhatsApp.

  • Can we open a public sale for the seats that are left?

Yes. Turn on the ticket shop for a last block of seats, free or paid, on the same event.

  • How fast is the door?

One scan per guest, a few seconds each. Put more phones on the door at the start. Scanning works without wifi.

  • Can we run the afterparty on the same list?

Yes. Same ticket, second door. Or a separate afterparty ticket for guests who join later.

  • Is there a minimum size?

No. The Launch party plan is for one event with one door. Pick the band for the guests you expect.
