How the three work together

1. 8 weeks out

   Save the date, by email

   The first email goes to the list you already have. Guests know the date before their agenda fills up.

2. 6 weeks

   The invitation

   Every guest gets a personal link. They reply and get the ticket in the confirmation email. If they opt in, the ticket also lands on WhatsApp.

3. 4 weeks

   The vote opens

   Fans vote on their phone. The jury scores at home. The result is sealed until show night.

4. The day before

   Reminder with the seat

   By email and on WhatsApp: the door time, the row and the seat. Guests who did not open the email get the same message on WhatsApp.

5. Show night

   WhatsApp, both ways

   The show starts ten minutes late? One message to every guest. Table 12 wants champagne? One reply from your team. When the envelope opens, the screen in the room shows the top three.

6. The morning after

   Thank you

   The photos and a thank-you, by email and on the same WhatsApp thread.
