You build the table plan in the seating planner. Drag a guest to a table, or let a sponsor fill their own table. The table number goes on the ticket and in the reminder. At the door, the scan shows the table, so the host walks the guest straight there.

Plus-ones
Most gala guests bring someone. The invitation asks for the name of the plus-one, and for the questions you add, like a dietary wish. Both names go on the guest list, both get a ticket, and both sit at the same table. A guest who comes alone frees a seat you can give away the week before.

From the table
During dinner, guests do not walk to the desk. They send a message on the WhatsApp line: a taxi for later, an extra chair, a question about the menu. Your team answers from one screen. When the speeches start, one message asks the room to find their seats.

Questions about galas and dinners
Can guests pick their own table?
You seat them. A sponsor or a host can fill their own table with a link. Guests see their table on the ticket, not the whole plan.
What happens when a plus-one changes?
The guest opens the invitation link again and changes the name. The old ticket stops working and the new one arrives at once.
Can we sell whole tables?
Yes. The ticket shop sells a table as one order for a group. The buyer fills in the names later, and each name gets a ticket.
Does it work for a charity dinner with an auction?
The guest list, the tables and the WhatsApp line work the same. The auction itself is not in the platform. Use the WhatsApp line to announce the lots and the result.
Can guests reply to a WhatsApp message?
Yes. Replies land in one inbox for your team, with the name and the table of the guest.
Do we need scanners at a dinner?
Usually not. The host checks guests in on a phone, by scan or by name. For a big door we rent scanner hardware.
