Your guests, on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp for your event. Send one update to every guest, or to one group. Guests reply, and your team answers from one screen. No app to download, your guests already have WhatsApp.
The show starts at 20:00, fifteen minutes later than planned. The bar stays open. Your seat is in your ticket, one message up.

Updates
The show starts fifteen minutes late. You type one message and send it to all guests, or to one group: nominees, press, table 12. It arrives on WhatsApp, which your guests already have open. Nobody has to look for an email during the show.
- Groups come from your guest list: tier, table, ticket type
- Schedule the doors, seating and afterparty messages in advance
- See who received the message and who read it
Replies
Table 12 wants two more glasses of champagne, so they send a message. A nominee is stuck in traffic, so she sends a message. Every reply lands in one inbox in your dashboard. Your team answers from there, two people at the same time, and nobody answers twice.
- One inbox for the whole team, on show night and the week before
- Requests from the table, not from a queue at the bar
- Guest not in yet? Message them straight from the live count
Thank you! Your registration for the Creator Awards on 14 November 2026 19:30 in Theater Amsterdam has been successfully received.
🎟️ You have registered for 2 tickets.
The ticket in the chat
The ticket and the wallet pass arrive on WhatsApp the moment a guest registers. On show night they scroll up, not through their inbox. The seat number is in the same message, so nobody asks where to sit.
- Ticket PDF plus Apple or Google Wallet pass
- Guests opt in at RSVP, so consent is on record
- Sent from a verified WhatsApp Business number
Afterparty
When the show ends, every guest gets the afterparty address, the door time and what the wristband does. Nobody has to dig up last week's PDF or a photo of a slide. The room empties in the right direction.
- Timed messages: doors, seating, afterparty, taxi
- One group at a time: nominees first, press later
- The morning after: the photos and a thank-you, on the same thread
Questions about WhatsApp for events
Do guests need to install anything?
No. They receive the messages in WhatsApp, which most guests in the Netherlands already use. Guests without WhatsApp get the same messages by email.
Is this a WhatsApp group?
No. Every guest has a private thread with your event. Guests do not see each other's numbers and cannot reply to all.
Do guests have to agree to this?
Yes. Guests opt in when they register or buy a ticket. The consent is stored with the guest. They can opt out with one reply.
Is there a fee per message?
No. The WhatsApp line is part of the Show plan. You pay a flat fee per event, not per message.
Who answers the guests?
Your team, from the dashboard. Several people can answer at the same time. We set up the templates and the groups with you in the onboarding call.
Which events is it built for?
Award shows, galas and product launches. One night, one room, and guests who expect to be looked after.
