Nominees, sponsors, press and fans, each with their own ticket, seat and message. The vote stays sealed until the envelope, the door knows who is who, and the afterparty is on the same list.
Nominees
A nominee is not a normal guest. They get a personal invitation, a seat in the front rows and a plus-one. Sponsors get a block of seats, press gets a row near the aisle. You set the tiers once in the guest list. The ticket, the seat and the door screen follow from it.

The vote
Fans vote on their phone, the jury scores at home. You set the weight per category. The result stays sealed until the envelope opens on stage. The voting page carries your brand and your nominees, and it uses the same list as the ticket shop.

Show night
The door scans a ticket and shows the name, the tier and the seat. A nominee who is not in at the start gets a WhatsApp from your team. The live count tells the stage manager whether to hold the show. When the winner is called, the top three can appear on the screen in the room.

Afterparty
The afterparty is often at another venue with another door. The same ticket works there. Guests get the address on WhatsApp when the show ends, and the door team at the club scans the same list. Who came to the show but skipped the party? You see it the next morning.

Questions about award shows
Can nominees bring a plus-one?
Yes. You set per tier whether a plus-one is allowed. The nominee adds the name on the invitation page. The plus-one gets their own ticket and the seat next to the nominee.
How do sponsors hand out their seats?
Each sponsor gets a link for their block of seats. They fill in the names before the deadline you set. Names that are still missing get a reminder from the dashboard.
Can press go in before the guests?
Yes. Each tier has its own door time on the ticket. The scan screen shows the tier, so the door team knows who may go in.
Does the vote run on the same platform?
Yes. Fan and jury voting use the same guest list and the same dashboard as the tickets and the door. The voting page explains how it works.
Can the afterparty have its own ticket?
Yes. A guest can have a show ticket, an afterparty ticket, or both. The scanner at the club only accepts afterparty tickets.
