What does the setup fee cover?
The onboarding call and the configuration of your shop, tiers, seating and WhatsApp line, in your brand. You approve, we go live.
Is there a fee per ticket?
No. Your payment provider charges its own transaction fee on paid tickets. We add nothing.
When does the monthly fee start and stop?
It starts when your event goes live and stops after the show. One event, one or two months.
What about VAT?
All prices are excl. VAT. You get an invoice from NextLevelEvents in Amsterdam.
