Engagement / Voting

Fair voting for award shows.

Fan and jury voting for award shows. Fans vote once, the jury scores per category, and the result stays sealed until the envelope opens. It runs in the same platform as your tickets and your door.

Fan vote

Fans vote on their phone from a link you share, or from a QR code on a screen. Each vote is confirmed with a code by phone or by email. Fans need no account and no app. The voting page shows your brand, your categories and your nominees. You can open with a nomination round first, like the example here. Share the link in an Instagram story or in a newsletter.

Jury

Each jury member gets a personal link. They score every nominee per category, at home, before the deadline. You set the split: half fans, half jury, or any other weight. The dashboard adds it up. Only the people you name see the ranking.

  • Personal link per jury member, no account needed
  • Fan and jury weight per category, set by you
  • A WhatsApp reminder to the jury member who has not scored yet

The envelope

The vote closes at the time you set. From then on the result is locked, and only the people you name can see it. On show night the presenter opens the envelope. If you want, the top three appears on the screen in the room at the same moment.

  • Closes automatically at the time you set
  • Result visible to the people you name, nobody else
  • Export per category for the auditor

Questions about award show voting

  • Can a fan vote more than once?

No. Every vote is confirmed with a code on the voter's phone or email. One number, one vote per category.

  • How do you stop fake votes?

Every vote needs a confirmation code. Votes that look odd, for example many from one device, are held back. You see them in the dashboard.

  • Can we combine fan votes and jury scores?

Yes. You set the weight per category, for example 50 percent fans and 50 percent jury. The dashboard shows the combined ranking.

  • Can we show the result on the screen in the room?

Yes. A screen link shows the top three or the winner the moment you release it. Until then the result is sealed.

  • Is voting in every plan?

No. Voting is part of the Show plan, together with the WhatsApp line, the tiers and the seating plan.

  • When should the vote open?

Three to four weeks before the show. Long enough for a campaign, short enough to keep the attention. We plan it with you in the onboarding call.
