Delete your data.

Send a request

Fill in the form. Use the email address or WhatsApp number that the event knows, so we can find your data. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address or number, to check that it is you.

What we delete

• your name, email address and phone number;
• your WhatsApp messages with the event, and their delivery status;
• your guest list entries, check-ins and votes;
• the emails you sent us through our forms.

What we keep

• Invoices. Dutch tax law requires us to keep invoices and the data on them for 7 years.
• A record of your request. We keep your name, your email address, the date and what we deleted for 2 years. With it we can show that we handled your request.

Data at the organiser

For guests of an event, the organiser decides about the data. Your ticket order can also be in the organiser's ticket shop or in its own systems. We send your request to the organiser and tell you which organiser it is.

WhatsApp on your phone

We cannot delete messages on your own phone. To remove them, delete the chat in WhatsApp. To stop all messages from the event, block the number. Meta keeps some data under its own rules: read the WhatsApp privacy policy.
